Compass is an agile company and engineers work across 13 teams focused on different core moduels and features. The Engineering team includes a Mobile team which looks after the company's iOS and Android apps. The team is in the process of migrating the platform to React Native.
The team values clean code and practices pair programming. System components are tested with unit, integration and performance tests.

Engineers are expected to have strong communications skills while also being able to independently work through problems.
