Since its founding in 2016 digital consultancy Lexicon has grown to over 150 employees. British software development consultancy Endava, a publicly-listed company, acquired Lexicon in 2022.
The majority of Lexicon's clients are large corporations, including long-standing clients in the insurance and wealth management space, although Lexicon is industry agnostic and has also worked across eCommerce, logistics, construction, and other industries.
Its working arrangement is a blend of remote and in-person interaction. The company encourages Engineers to come in one day a week to nurture in-person connections and be present for team events. There's no expectation that consultants will be on site with clients.

“At Lexicon, we typically want to see how someone works, how they ask questions, how they work under pressure and (most importantly) how they ask for help if they’re stuck. We tailor the interview to different levels of experience – everyone has a different pace of growth.”
“Each time you move between clients, you’ll need to learn something new and get up to speed with the new environment. You need to be curious about how things work and never be afraid to ask questions and reach out for help when needed.”
At its core, Lexicon has two offerings: co-creation and acceleration within a cross-functional Agile framework.

Some of the company's past and present clients include IAG, Coles, Kmart, MYOB, Toyota, Lexus, shippit, and youfoodz.
