Engineering culture

Culture Amp's Product Group is organized into smaller teams called "Camps," which typically have 30 to 60 members. These Camps are typically aligned with specific customer products within Culture Amp's employee experience platform.

Every team at Culture Amp is cross-functional and has the autonomy and responsibility to take features from conception to ownership in production.

Engineers at Culture Amp practice pair/mob programming, write solution designs, give feedback on pull requests, and work with product managers to understand customer problems and define, refine and implement solutions.
